I came across this on Becta’s e-safety forum ‘Safetynet’. Someone had asked how they could contact Facebook to have some material removed when the ‘report abuse’ button wasn’t working. The answer was email them at ‘abuse@facebook.com’. Then Becta very helpfully drew our attention to this list which provides information on how to report problems to mobile phone providers, social networking sites, video-sharing sites, email/IM/chatroom providers and interactive gaming sites.
Definitely one to bookmark in case of problems in the future!
