How to show Youtube videos in school…..

As we are all no doubt aware Youtube is generally blocked in schools, unfortunately this blocking stops a lot of excellent video resources being used. While at Scottish learning festival this year John Johnston said that you could use edublogs.tv, here is a short video to demonstrate how to do it.

    Thanks for the video clip, I’ve set up a login to share with our schools. The only disappointment is the preview panel showing (however briefly) alongside my selected video.

    The YouTube argument will rumble on (and should continue to do so until present levels of e-safety education are raised) but this provides an easier workaround than local downloads!
